The Colts are now 3-8 on the season and have virtually no chance to make the postseason. Indianapolis has lost five of their past six games, including three straight at Lucas Oil Stadium. One more loss would assure coach Chuck Pagano of his first sub-.500 season since becoming the head coach of the Colts.
Pagano has been a successful head coach in NFL, however, he has not led Indianapolis to the playoffs since 2014. With Chris Ballard in his first year as general manager and the Colts sitting in the cellar of the AFC South, Pagano is all but assured not to return in 2018.
