According to the Sports Business Journal, NBC is hiring Anthony Rizzo as a lead MLB analyst for the upcoming season.
NBC is set to hire former MLBer Anthony Rizzo as one of its lead MLB studio analysts this season, sources tell SBJ.
The network is also close to a deal with Clayton Kershaw for limited analyst work, sometimes alongside Bob Costas.

After retiring in September, Rizzo officially joined the Cubs as an ambassador, giving Cubs fans another lifelong memory as he spent a game at Wrigley Field in the bleachers.
