MUNCIE, Ind. – An unseasonably cool Sunday morning that even featured a light rain shower greeted the Ball State football team as the players took to the practice fields in full pads for the first time during camp. Below are some highlights of Sunday's practice plus a look at the week ahead for the Cardinals.
FOCUS ON RED ZONE: A major emphasis for the Cardinals during camp will be play inside the red zone. Sunday's team periods had the offense take on the defense in red zone situations. The first person to find the end zone was freshman running back Caleb Huntley with a nifty 15-yard run.
