MUNCIE, Ind. — Four Ball State football players were recognized Wednesday by the Mid-American Conference.
Anthony Winbush, whose 11.5 sacks are tied for fourth in FBS, was named All-MAC First Team. The senior defensive end also ranked in the top 20 nationally in tackles for loss with 16.5.
True freshman wide receiver Justin Hall made All-MAC Second Team after leading the conference in receptions per game (6.5) and finishing seventh in receiving yards per game (66.8). He tallied 801 receiving yards and three touchdowns while Ball State shuffled through four quarterbacks.
Offensive lineman Vinnie Palazeti was named All-MAC Third Team.
